1. What is/are your favorite yarn/s to knit with? What fibers do you absolutely *not* like? Synthetics

2. What do you use to store your needles/hooks in? A box, and I have one cloth DPN case.

3. How long have you been knitting & how did you learn? Would you consider your skill level to be beginner, intermediate or advanced? I've been knitting since I was 4, but only seriously for the past several years.

4. Do you have an Amazon or other online wish list? Yep, usually you can find them under my email.

5. What's your favorite scent? Spicy cinnamony kinda stuff.

6. Do you have a sweet tooth? Favorite candy? Less and less as I age I find. I like organic dark chocolate, and ginger candy. And Butter. Definitely Butter.

7. What other crafts or Do-It-Yourself things do you like to do? Do you spin? Spin, Weave, a bit of sewing and dyeing.

8. What kind of music do you like? Can your computer/stereo play MP3s? (if your buddy wants to make you a CD) Folk, They Might Be Giants, Moxy Fruvous, old jazz.

9. What's your favorite color(s)? Any colors you just can't stand? I love love love autumn colours. And green and blue. Not so fond of chartreuse or puce. Pink is low on the list, but in general colours are good.

10. What is your family situation? Do you have any pets? Perpetually single and child-less, with a dog, boa, and some tarantulas.

11. Do you wear scarves, hats, mittens or ponchos? Yes, yes, yes, no

12. What is/are your favorite item/s to knit? Lace Shawls

14. Do you like to receive handmade gifts? Yes!

15. Do you prefer straight or circular needles? Bamboo, aluminum, plastic? uhm, I like wooden needles. Socks and mittens on dpn's, other things on circs if I can.

16. Do you own a yarn winder and/or swift? Yep

17. How old is your oldest UFO? You mean the crocheted acrylic sunflower afghan? pretty old.

18. What is your favorite holiday? Thanksgiving! which is in October.

19. Is there anything that you collect? Yarn, fleece, dog hair, hair ornaments, shoulder bags.

20. Any books, yarns, needles or patterns out there you are dying to get your hands on? What knitting magazine subscriptions do you have? No subscriptions, wouldn't mind interweave and spin off. Barbara Walker's treasuries?

21. Are there any new techniques you'd like to learn? Steeking, colourwork, patternmaking.
